Nurture Bridge is a small education consultancy. The work is 1:1 and carefully grouped, led by one educator whose week still includes a UK special needs college.
The educator
Training that sits behind the hour
I am a qualified educator with a Bachelor of Education (RQF Level 6) and an MSc in Psychology (RQF Level 7) from the University of Essex. The first degree keeps the National Curriculum and classroom craft in view. The second is why sessions can hold anxiety, behaviour and attention without treating them as an afterthought.
I have taught for more than seven years, first in India and then in the UAE. That stretch of work means I am used to pupils who have changed countries, curricula and languages, and to parents who need a clear account of what is happening, not a cloud of education jargon.
I now work as a Learning Mentor in a UK special needs college, supporting learners with SEND, SEMH, behaviour and academic intervention. The consultancy exists so that the same kind of support can be offered to families in London who cannot find it in a standard tutoring centre.

How the hour is spent
Quiet, specific, and written down afterwards.
Sessions are not filmed, gamified or sold as a platform. A pupil arrives, we work, and parents receive a short note: what was solid, what wobbled, and what to leave alone at home. If the plan is wrong, we change it. If the fit is wrong, we say so.
Safeguarding follows UK education practice. An enhanced DBS is held for work with children. Early sessions can include a parent in the room or on the call.
